Sounding it out together - many voices make many notes. A beautiful gift of music and coming together to find and join our voices. When we were younger, our passionate expressions were often met with disempowerment. Unconsciously, these patterns stay with us into adulthood affecting so much in our lives until we are ready to reclaim that power back. It’s time to roar!!! As you step into this work, watch the effects of reclaiming your voice reflect in all parts of your life as you find the courage to truly stand in your power. In this circle we practice voice activations using the power of mantras, sacred music and affirmations. Your own voice is your best and most effective healing tool. You are born with a sonic blueprint that is your essence. Thinking of it as your own in built tuning fork, you can use this tool to intentionally sound into different parts of your body to break up density, alleviate pains, and make space for newness .
